For every law in this country, assuming that it is allowable under the United States Constitution, that same document, and, in particular, the 14th Amendment, requires that the law in question be uniformly applicable and uniformly enforced. The following is a developing log of specific cases of selective prosecution, or, in other words, cases that violate the requirements set down by the United States Constitution. As can be expected, most, if not all, of the cases are those where favorable treatment was given to members of the power elite. I welcome anyone who has a case history of their own to add to this list. Simply email it here and I will add it to this webpage.

CASE #1: Added February 26, 2000 Selective prosecution on assault and battery charge in Tennessee. I know from personal experience that the average person gets thrown in jail for at least 2 years for something like this. But, what does this attorney and son of a judge get? Take a look at the actual news article.

CASE #2: Added September 30, 2000 A pattern of violence, discrimination and selective prosecution whenever the average citizen gets harmed in some manner by the power elite and seeks to be compensated for that harm. This particular case involves Mr. Richard Peck who bought a defective home in Lake Lure, North Carolina in 1996. You can get all the details from Mr. Peck himself at his website.
